First Degree Object Rape, Two counts of Second degree Forcible Sexual Abuse.
UPDATE: On March 25, 2021 Freddy Anthony Perales was sentenced to a minimum of 16 years to potentially spending life in prison. The defendant pled guilty to three counts of first-degree object rape and four counts of second-degree forcible sexual abuse in six separate cases. Each case involved separate victims.

ADDITIONAL WARRANTS FOR ARREST
On June 25, 2020, an arrest warrant was issued for Freddy Anthony Perales. This warrant resulted from an investigation conducted by the Logan City Police Department. Mr. Perales voluntarily returned to Cache County and was taken into custody on the arrest warrant.
Mr. Perales was later released on bail and is believed to be back in California.
Logan City Police Department received new information from individuals who provided evidence to law enforcement of sexual misconduct by Mr. Perales. Mr. Perales had worked as a massage therapist in Logan for several years. Additional victims have come forward since the original arrest of Mr. Perales, both from Logan and California.
This new information and further investigation has led to the issuance of additional arrest warrants as of 7/16/2020.
During the investigation information came that leads investigators to believe that in the course of Mr. Perales’ unlicensed practice of massage therapy within Cache County, he may have committed crimes against additional members of our community.
The Logan City Police Department urges any member of the public who may have information about Mr. Perales’ illegal activities or may have been victimized by Mr. Perales, to come forward and provide that information to law enforcement.
