Garcia is wanted for sexually assaulting four young girls between the ages of 6 and 15 in the mid 1980s. He was arrested in 1986 but fled before sentencing and has been a fugitive since Feb 1987. Garcia walks with a limp from having a metal pin in his left leg. His left hand shakes. He loves back and foot rubs. He was always a large man. He enjoys fishing, camping, and boating in the Big Sur area and Santa Maria, CA. but due to his injuries may not be partaking in his favorite activities. He has high blood pressure and may be taking medication for it. He is a Mexican landowner and citizen. He only wears Timex watches and drinks Coors beer. He prefers to drive Chevrolet vehicles. He is a practicing Catholic and may be attending services at a local Catholic Church. He has worked as a commercial driver, diesel mechanic, and chain link fence installer. There is a Blue Notice via Interpol for Garcia.
