UPDATE: On April 15, 2021 Jeffrey Winston Forrest was found guilty on two charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child and was sentenced to 99 years and a $10,000 fine for each conviction. The sentences will run concurrently. Five victims gave testimony against Forrest.

He is an extremely loud talker and likes to be the center of attention. He wears contact lenses but may be wearing glasses now. He may have lost a lot of weight. Last seen in Mexico & Del Rio, Texas. He comes across warm and friendly.
