Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child
Juan Rios sexually assaulted his step-daughter multiple times over a 5-year period, beginning when she was 8 years old. He likes to wear flat billed baseball caps. He often wears cowboy boots with a “Mexican style” flair. He wears aviator style sunglasses and smokes Marlboro Menthol cigarettes. Rios has several tattoos and piercings, most notably brow piercings, Jesus neck tattoo, sleeve tattoos and a rose tattoo on his right hand. Rios is suspected to have fled to Mexico. He left with nothing and has to be receiving financial assistance from someone or staying with friends and/or relatives.
